We have successfully implemented adaptive machining techniques to enable precise 3 & 5-axis machining on complex parts. Such examples include the ability to 5-axis mill castings requiring tight tolerances with inconsistent stock conditions.

We provide and support large-scale implementations of "Shop Hardened" software solutions for companies running CMM's as their final inspection tool right at their machining centers. When it comes to Valisys/eMPower, we have NEVER failed in implementation or providing the support that our customers require. We have provided several "turn-key" shopfloor inspection solutions bringing ease of use with the dependability you expect in a production environment. We have proven plans for small and large-scale corporate-wide Valisys/eMPower implementation.

Support:
We currently support several manufacturing environments ranging from 1 CMM to 23 CMM's running concurrently 24 hrs. a day 7 days a week. Converting from your UNIX environment to Windows NT or Windows 2000? No problem, we have methods to convert it over to your new environment without flaw or loss of existing applications or functionality.
