We established this online help for your convenience as through our experience many Valisys/eMPower users are out on the shopfloor where no phones are close. As a result support becomes a nightmare so this is our answer, online support. Here is how it works...

If you are familiar with any of the online chat products you will be right at home. But we have more capability, with a support centric flavor.

 

Here is how it works:

With a subscription to our premium services just login and head on over to our Support Room.

 

1. Select the Online Support Icon/Picture and you will be immediately connected if one of our support representatives is available online.

 

 

 

2. The Live Support panel will then be displayed for you to identify yourself and ask a question.

 

 

 

 

3. One of our support reps will be contacted

 

 

 

 

4. Once the specialist is notified a response will be sent to the requestor.

 

5. Pushing an html page for ease of explanation or tips is one way things are made easy for the user.

The page is "Pushed" and displayed on the customers computer to be used as a reference

 

6. We track and store the information to continually build our knowledgebase, improve our response times and ultimately your satisfaction.

With premium support you can see our Support Specialists work real-time!!  What better way to show an example to a user than to actually let the end user "look over their shoulder" to actually see how its done. This is best used when coupled with a phone conversation but can be done with our Live Support product. We are looking into voice streaming technologies to provide a solution for people on the shopfloor with no phone access, so it is soon to come.

 

Here is how it works:

1. End user makes a request via live support

 

 

 

2. Through the above online support transcript the user requested help with a Raw Edge feature. The support representative wanted to demonstrate the creation of the feature.  So, a web page was pushed to the customers computer to login and view the technicians computer screen in real-time. The customer logs in with a provided passcode.

 

 

 

3. Once logged in, the customer then was able to watch in real-time as the support technician stepped through the process of creating a raw edge feature.
