VT Knowledge Base

We love to have our customers participate in an active role in contributing to the knowledgebase. Some have suggested that the Knowledgebase should be open to input information directly. We think that would be great but then it would leave the knowledgebase open for what some people would feel is relevant information but others would not. We will be the buffer to make sure that only solid information is input into the knowledgebase, so you can count on the information and assume it is correct.
