The Bug Submittal area allows you to go directly to Tecnomatix and submit bugs and enhancements. If you are taking advantage of QuickLook, fill out the simple form and we will track it for you. We will follow-up on bugs with Tecnomatix and compile status reports regularly so you don't have to. If it is a critical error let us know first as we can most probably create a work-around to keep things going. As a reminder, before you submit your bug you may want to check out our knowledgebase, and perhaps ask our personnel to see if we have encountered it before. This will give you a quick answer and perhaps a quick resolution to get you back on your way.
